The wife and I wanted a custom home design and Tracy's did not disappoint. Working with us through several changes and additions without issue was definitely a plus. Their 3D model allowing us to "walk through" the home was fantastic and helped out tremendously. Would definitely recommend.

Finding Tracy’s Custom Homes was such a stroke of luck. My husband went to the internet and searched “Architects Near Me” … Tracy’s came up. Our experience with Tracy’s Custom Homes could not have been easier or more enjoyable. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We filled out the forms that Sunny Geels (our first contact person) gave us and went to our first visit with completed forms and a pencil sketch of how we wanted our Bardominium to look. Roy Homfeld (owner and architect) took it from there. He and Megan Paoni (interior designer) brought our rough sketch to life. The software they use with the 3D capabilities gave us a clear idea of how our end product would look. It was exciting to see our dream come to life. The entire team remained patient with us as we made several changes/additions. Each time Roy took our idea and made it a reality. On more than one occasion we could not get a clear visual of how to get what was in our head into the design. Roy made a few changes and there was the perfect space! We can’t say enough good about the entire team at Tracy’s and recommend them without reservation!

After significant amounts of time spent searching, hired TCH to design our Barndominium / Forever Home in Franklin, TX. 2-story, 2750sq ft of living space and a 2900sq ft garage/gym/workshop. I cannot say with enough emphasis - the entire team at TCH - Roy, Kendall, and Sonny are PHENOMENAL. Responsive and proactive in communication, outstanding ideas for design, in the know on latest and greatest home-building trends, codes, and practices, and the end product greatly exceeded our expectations. We will hire them again for our satellite Barndominium in the near future. Highest recommendation for TCH.

I wouldn’t even know where to begin. I’ve worked with Roy, Kendall, Sunny, and the rest of the team on several projects. Every experience has gotten better and better. There are ability to work on the project and see the vision seems to get easier. All too often it become difficult to verbalize a vision. It comes out skewed. They seem to be able to pick through and pull the main idea out every time. If you’re considering starting a project, there’s no doubt with them work for you.

We loved working with Roy on our barndominium design. It was great to actually see it come alive in the 3D images. We made a few changes after the initial drawing and it was so quick and easy. We highly recommend Tracy’s custom homes!

Ron was friendly and helpful in making our "caveman drawing" a reality. With his guidance and knowledge, he and his staff patiently took all our emails of wishes to create a unique well insulated structure. They were also available to work with our builder throughout the process. We were very satisfied with their professionalism and willingness to help make the process easy. Tracy’s did a complete custom design based on concepts we really wanted. They did a fantastic job of taking our vision and making it into a buildable plan. It took a while to get on their schedule but you will not be disappointed.

We were referred to Tracy's Custom Homes by multiple people (two banks, three different builders) as being THE local company you want to design your home. They worked with us from our very vague, rough ideas, to a fully documented design through almost 10 revisions. Each time they were able to make the changes we wanted or offer their expertise to help us design our new home. They provided 3D renderings of each area including multiple angles, different textures and coloring, and each time were able to help us visualize what our home would look like. If we ever build again, I wouldn't think twice about using Tracy's Custom Homes to design it.
